Emergy’nX: IRVE dashboard of a real project or the demo
The Emergy’nX IRVE dashboard shows the total charging power, its share of the building consumption and the state of each charger: power, mode and activity. It is a monitoring view without commands: to request Auto, OFF or ON for a charger, use the equipment card in the dashboard.
For everyday users, administrators and installers. To configure a charger and its optimization options, follow the IRVE configuration guide.
Open the IRVE dashboard
Section titled “Open the IRVE dashboard”- Check the project in the top bar. To find the menus, see navigation.
- Click IRVE in the left menu. On a phone, first tap the three lines Toggle navigation, then IRVE.
- Check the IRVE Dashboard title, together with EV Charging Station Monitoring.
In the demo, the values displayed are simulated.
Read the indicators
Section titled “Read the indicators”| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Total IRVE Power | Sum of the power values displayed for the project’s chargers. |
| Building consumption | Consumption power displayed for the building. |
| Share of building | Share of IRVE power in this building consumption. This percentage is not the battery level of a vehicle. |
| Active Chargers | Number of active chargers, out of the number of configured chargers. A charger counts as active when its power exceeds 100 W. |
| Avg Power / Charger | Total IRVE power divided by the number of active chargers. |
At the top right of the dashboard, an indicator shows the number of active chargers or displays No active charger.
Read each charger’s card
Section titled “Read each charger’s card”Scroll down to Charger Stations to find each charger by its name. Each card shows:
- its power and, when it is active, its share of total IRVE power as a percentage, not the progress of the vehicle’s charging;
- its mode, if any: Auto, Forced ON or Forced OFF;
- its activity: Charging or Idle.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”| Situation | Cause and action |
|---|---|
| No active charger although charger cards exist | No charger exceeds the activity threshold: the display depends on the available power values. This message alone does not indicate that a vehicle is unplugged, that its battery is full or that the charger is faulty. |
| No EV Chargers Configured | No charger is currently offered in this view, and the message invites you to add EVCP equipment. First check the project and wait for loading. If an existing charger is still missing, have its configuration examined by the person responsible for the installation. Do not recreate an existing charger on the sole basis of this message. |
| Charging does not match the display | Check the project, the charger name and the connection. Note its power, its mode and the activity text displayed. This dashboard alone cannot confirm the actual state of the vehicle or of the charger. |
For other screens, see common issues. If the doubt or problem persists, contact support@can-nx.com with the project, the charger, the time, the expected result, the indications observed and the attempts already made. A screenshot without sensitive data can help.
