Chart’nX: Export to CSV window of a saved dashboard, French or English interface
The CSV export window of a saved Chart’nX dashboard is displayed in French or English, depending on the chosen language. Find the equivalent of each command, option and message to follow, in either language, the guides Export the data, Choose the format and Troubleshoot the export.
If your interface is in French, quote the labels of the middle column as they are displayed, even when you communicate in English.

Read the CSV file headers
Section titled “Read the CSV file headers”File headers such as Horodatage (timestamp), Total and Synthèse (summary) may remain in French, even with the English interface. Look for a column by this name, not by an expected translation.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If your screen matches none of these labels, check that you are in the export window of a saved dashboard and note the screen title. If the path remains uncertain, write to support@can-nx.com with this title.
