# Open a Chart’nX dashboard from the Boss’nX Analytics page

Context: Boss’nX building supervision: Analyses page, Chart’nX tab, View analytics permission

In the Boss’nX supervision of a building, the **Chart'nX** tab of the **Analytics** page shows the project’s existing Chart’nX dashboards. It is intended for users, administrators and installers who view these dashboards.

This page presents the existing dashboards: the creation commands and the **Configure** tab described for [Emergy’nX](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/chart-open-emergy/) belong to another interface.

## Before you start

- Your role has the **View analytics** permission. The administrator role is not needed to view an authorized dashboard.
- In a hypervision, first open the supervision of the relevant building: the following steps take place in this supervision.

## Open the dashboard

1. Select **Analytics** in your page bar, or open **Menu**, then **Analytics**. On a tablet or a phone, the bar and **Menu** are at the bottom of the screen.
2. Open the **Chart'nX** tab, next to **Trends**. It stays in the Analytics page, whatever the screen.
3. In the **Dashboards** panel on the left, choose the dashboard name. The first available dashboard may already be open when you arrive on the page.

If the dashboards panel is reduced to a column of icons, click the right-pointing chevron, tooltip **Expand panel**. The left-pointing chevron, **Collapse panel**, hides the list again without changing the dashboard.

## Check the result

Check the project and the dashboard shown in the Chart’nX header. You can then [set the period](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/chart-period/) or [export the data](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/chart-export/).

## Troubleshooting

| Situation | Action |
| --- | --- |
| **Analytics** missing | Have the building administrator check the **View analytics** permission. |
| **No dashboards available** | Check the selected building, then reopen the page. If the message persists on the right building, contact support. |
| **Chart'nX is not configured for this project.** | Contact support. |
| **Unable to load Chart'nX** | Check the connection and try again once. If the problem persists or if you have already done so, contact support. |
