--- title: View bookings and access codes in Access Control description: "Find an Access Control booking by site or in the full list: offline access points, Current and Ended filters, weekly schedule and how to show the code." canonical: https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/ac-consult/ language: en product: Access Control audience: - administrateur context: "Access Control: Sites and Bookings pages of the administration, French interface" --- # View bookings and access codes in Access Control Context: Access Control: Sites and Bookings pages of the administration, French interface In Access Control, each site groups its access points, for example a door or a room, and their bookings. Open a site to see its active and upcoming bookings, or the full list to find a booking, its state and its access code. For the administrator [signed in to the French interface](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/ac-login/). To book an access point, follow [Create a booking](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/ac-create/). ## Open a site 1. In the navigation, select **Sites**. The first accessible site opens. 2. In the list that appears under **Sites**, select the name of the relevant site. Check this name at the top of the page before taking any action. 3. Look at **Les accès** (Access points) to find the name of the access point. These cards present information: to create a booking, use **Nouvelle réservation** (New booking) at the top of the page. A card may show **hors ligne** (offline). This indicator does not replace a check of the physical door. ## See the site’s bookings - **En ce moment** (Right now): active bookings. - **À venir** (Upcoming): scheduled bookings. The number in parentheses gives their total, but the section shows at most ten rows; beyond that, use **Réservations** (Bookings). - **Cette semaine par accès** (This week by access point): booking start times from Monday to Sunday, one row per access point. Each cell shows up to three items, then a number **+…** if there are more. The days in this table follow your browser’s time zone; the times of a booking follow its own time zone. To check a period, look at the booking’s fields, without changing its times to correct a mere display issue. ## Find a booking in the full list 1. In the navigation, choose **Réservations**. 2. Choose a filter. The number in parentheses shows the number of bookings in the filter. 3. Identify the row by the guest, the access point name, the site and the times displayed. | Filter | States included | | --- | --- | | **Toutes** (All) | All bookings | | **En cours** (Current) | **active** and **à venir** (upcoming) | | **Terminées** (Ended) | **expirée** (expired), **révoquée** (revoked) and **annulée** (canceled) | The **Aujourd'hui** (Today) page does not replace this list: under **En ce moment**, it shows active bookings and those starting within the next 12 hours. ## Show or hide the access code On the row, the code is hidden by dots. The **Afficher le code** (Show code) button, in the middle of the row, reveals it; selecting it again, **Masquer le code** (Hide code), hides it. Keep this code confidential. ## Check the result Before acting on a booking, check the site at the top of the page, then the access point, the guest, the times and the state. To change it, see [Edit or delete a booking](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/ac-change/). ## Troubleshooting - Nothing is displayed: first switch to **Toutes**, then check the site and the session’s email address. - For other symptoms, follow the [Access Control troubleshooting guide](https://wiki.can-nx.com/en/guides/ac-troubleshoot/). **Site introuvable.** (Site not found.) or a list that stays empty is not enough to conclude that something was deleted. In that case, write to support@can-nx.com, giving the site concerned and the checks already carried out, without any code or personal link.
